Like a glove (but for your twig and giggleberries)
These are by far the best underwear I have ever purchased. I walk around 8 miles a day at work and my underwear is constantly bunching up into an ungodly mess. This results in me having to hook the underwear with my fingers through my trousers or shorts. I have been asked by co workers that have caught me in the act if I’m okay, to which I reply “bad pants” Occasionally (when the leg holes somehow rise above the waistband) I will have to go to the toilet and have a complete reshuffle. However with these boxer briefs the trips to the toilet and awkward stares from co workers has stopped (I can only assume they think I have had treatment for what ever STI I had)They are very comfortable and do not bunch up, plus they look good. I have yet to find out how they cope with hot sweaty weather, but I’m confident they will live up to expectations.I’ll definitly be buying more.

All round shape and fit
When trying to find suitable underwear can be a mission. There's loads out there making their claims, of which I've tried many. Needless to say they all went back. Will these Wirarpa Modal be any different I wondered. On arrival I opened with trepidation, will these be any different? They were well packaged and as I took them out my immediate thoughts were how soft they were, this was a good start. The inside seams were flat which is important, there's nothing worse than itchy stitching around such a sensitive area. I put them on and they felt amazingly good, almost as if I hadn't got them on. I wore them all day, lounging on the sofa watching tv. I noticed that they had stretched slightly. But, whilst walking around they regained their original shape which was another plus. They kept everything in place without being restrictive and the waistband was very flexible even though it's only about an inch wide. I'm a 34" waist and 41" hips so I selected the large, which was perfect for me. I was that impressed I dumped all of my old underwear. Synthetic is the way to go for me now. I bought 3 more packs and my crown jewels have never been happier. I totally recommend this product if you're looking for comfort and at £20 for a 4 pack, I consider that a small price to pay for an awesome item. I hope this review is helpful as I don't normally review products, but I felt the need to on this occasion. If you want something where you don't need to keep rearranging the furniture, these are the ones you want.

Cotton NOT modal
I bought these for the tropics. Modal is supposedly good for such climes, being highly breathable and quick drying. However, although this is the first modal product I have bought, I'm pretty sure they were not modal at all. As soon as I opened the packet and felt the material, I thought "Surely that's just cotton".On reading the packet the material was indeed identified as cotton, in several languages, with no mention of any other material. Don't get me wrong, the shorts look just as advertised, and are nice and soft, but if I'd have wanted cotton underwear, I'd have ordered some. I needed modal. These are quite useless for the tropics, or sport for that matter, so I left them back in Blighty where they will do just fine next time I'm home.Spend the extra money and opt for a reputable brand like Jockey, etc. I won't be making the same mistake again.

Ok this was recommended for a fungal infection
Ok this was recommended for a fungal infection. Modal, bamboo silk or any wood derived silks are meant to be good for people who suffer from chronic fungal infections. I agree that they soak up moisture to dry out the infection. I was half way into my second pack and the infection rebounded so the product (not a medical product not designed for that) didnt help me. I can say that they do hold the crown jewels extremely well for such a fine silk like product.. be interested to see how they wash up. I havent rated down because people in the normal populous possible wont have this problem caused by immobility. If the fungus doesnt kill me then CV19 might.

Great underwear
Yes it was claimed that 33-35 size was equivalent to Large and this was so indeed. Wears really well and compares OK with the M&S autograph range. Beware that there is no zip.The garment is resilient to machine washing.

These are good started buying micro fibre underwear and replacing cotton as they are just better especially if you are active. In my case cycling and camping. I bought more expensive brand first then these to replace all underwear. These hold up to more expensive brand

The colours and design are really attractive, the material is lovely and soft. Based on other reviews, I choose the 36-38" size (L) as the probably best fit for 34+ inch waist and they have come up a bit to big, not the end of the world and I'm curious as to whether they will shrink after washing .. .watch this space. On reflection, there isn't a size that fills the gap 34-36" ...not even greyed out (out of stock) which I find odd.

Bought for comfort and it was provided.
"Snug as a bug in a rug "The saying comes to mind in describing this underwear. Purchased to compact my "package "whilst sleeping .Very effective. However as night wear, and not being cotton, and our current heatwave not helping, made me a bit sweaty. I will give update when used as daily clothing.
