This is extremely poor quality! When we reached out to the seller with the issue - they denied us of a return or even an exchange (which I wouldn’t want) I asked them if they would like to see pictures but they were not interested. They respond quickly with - 30 day refund policy. No warantee what so ever! This happened within a couple of months of having it installed!

I love this product. It comes with a little basket that keeps hair from going down the drain and has a key that makes it super easy to open and clean the basket out.

Looks great good value. Wish they included the inexpensive adapter to connect to pipe

It is so sad, the drain works good and the drain plate looked so elegant once installed. After 3 to 5 days the gold started to wear off. We don't have hard water problems nor have used chemicals to clean it. This is just the beginning and it looks like drain plate will have all the gold washed off within months. Save your money and keep looking. After you spend so much money on remodeling your bathroom this is not what you would expect. You will be sadly disappointed as we were if you purchase this product.

This drain was installed a few months ago in our newly remodeled master bath. I have noticed the finish is coming off. The brushed gold is turning black. I have no idea how to reach the manufacturer, but it would be nice to have the grate replaced.
