UPDATE: Their customer service is excellent. As soon as I posted my review about the band keeper breaking, MobyFox messaged me about sending a replacement. In fact, they sent two just in case, and they came very quickly. Knowing their customer service is this on top of things makes me comfortable ordering from the again, which is great because my hubby really loved the first watch band I ordered. Thank you, MobyFox!Got this for my Star Wars loving husband 5 months ago. He loved everything about it until yesterday, when the little loop that holds the excess strap down broke off randomly. Unfortunately it’s unusable. Would be great if loops were stronger or if the watch band came with extras. Bummer, because I was hoping to order him an additional one (different style) for Christmas, but reconsidering that now.
