Item arrived promptly, haven't tried recent order, but have used this product regularly for over a year and it keeps my lips well moisturized

Really good
This was better than I thought it would be. I have been using it twice a day for 3 weeks (morning and before bed) and it's made a difference to the condition of my lips. With the bad weather arriving I'm going to use it during the day now as well. It has a solid texture - and it's blue!! Not greasy, subtle smell. Lovely shiny silver case. It arrived promptly with no damage. A good buy at a very good price.
