Simple BCAA option but a lot of capsules
The capsules are easy to take and the 2:1:1 ratio is what most people look for in a BCAA supplement. No aftertaste or stomach issues.The only downside is the serving size since you need to take two capsules per serving, which adds up quickly if you use it daily. The large bottle does last a long time though, so you do not have to reorder often.Good basic BCAA if you prefer capsules over powder.

Love Love Love
Seriously such a great product. I have been taking it for around a month, and I have noticed extreme improvement with my muscle recovery and soreness. Maybe I am just getting stronger… but I seriously believe this product is doing most of the work! The container is also huge and will last a long time - so good bang for your buck!

Consistency Brings Results!
One of the bigger game changers in my stack, up there with Creatine for sure! Not sure if its a placebo but after a few weeks of taking it I do feel like there is a significant difference in my recovery time, for the better, and the servings to price point ratio can't be beat here. Super effective!

Best Bang for your Buck
I used to take BCAA powder before this; the taste was not preferrable, and the powder was messy.I love that these are capsules, it is super convenient, and I take them with my other supplements. 250 Servings for this price is also an amazing deal; this answers all my needs for BCAA. Noticed a difference in my gains, take before and after workouts.

Highly recommend
I immediately felt mu muscles getting firmer after my workouts. I dont get sore after workingout when using the BCAA. I even recommended to a young track runner that used it then told me she doesn't get sore anymore after practice and that it worked immediately. This is a stable in my workout routine. I highly recommend it.
