This works well
this is a very fine grain flour. O used it for making some Tawainese style thicker noodles and it worked well. it was the first time I had made them to. I had seen a woman on youtube make them on yoututbe and she used this flour as did another lady on there so that's why I tried it. It gave me a very smooth noodle!

I'm a big sourdough cooker and when I cook the bread I but this on top of it before baking. Works great. Gluten free, flour quality is good, okay value for money. Taste is good.

Thai flour does the job!
A little goes a long way when using for sourdough bread making! I transferred to a large ziplock bag. This packing is very thin. Will purchase again.
