The package arrived in good condition, instructions included (with a picture of the app that we need to load from the app store). You need to turn on the device, open the app on your device (phone, tablet, etc) tap on the wifi icon then it will ask you for a WiFi connection, you will connect the ear cleaner to your WiFi connection, I've noticed that my phone was not able to get WiFi connectivity while I was using it. The Zoom of the camera is awesome, you can be scared of what you see inside, but don't worry is just the zoom that will make to look a tiny thing bigger than expected. You'll see everything in your screen. It was easy to use it, you should get familiar with the position of the camera and the tools inside your ear, is not uncomfortable as I thought. I do recommend it to keep ear clean, couple of years ago I had to visit the Dr to remove wax from my ears and it was painful.

Won't connect to internet.

My doctor recommended an otoscope to use for future virtual appointments. The app is easy to use and the camera quality is great. It comes w the camera with a light, and 4 apparatuses for ear cleaning as well as a rubber tip for the camera and a charging cable. I was only interested in the camera feature but after using it, I realized it’s an awesome tool for ear cleaning. For the price, I’m very satisfied.

I bought this so I can look in my cats ears to see if they are clean without putting anything in his ear and without pulling wrestling moves so I can actually see down there. This is a great tool, it has a light I can point down in his ear and he doesn't suspect a thing. It has soft rubber tool to scrape anything at the top of the ear. But it's recommended not to go inside the ear of animals, unless you are a vet tech. It's great to be able to look inside to see if they need earmite treatment or if medicine is working and since your just pointing down they don't suspect a thing! Provides a quick health check to see why they are shaking thier head to determine what to do next and updating post vet visits with medicine progress

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product for it's simplicity. All you have to do is turn on the camera and then your be able to thoroughly clean your ear. It's is nice, small, and easy to carry as well, so there's no unnecessary misconduct. Overall a great product for it's price :)
