Underwhelmed
I've used Brother labelers for over a decade and this is the first one I've been disappointed with. Definitely having buyer's remorse on this one.Pros:+ Excellent print quality+ Bluetooth compatible+ Fast printing+ Several cutting options+ Auto media detection finally returned (PC and app)Cons:- Rendered all my previous TZ tape media USELESS, as only the e-series will work (no backward compatibility TZe will work in TZ machines but not the other way around) . There's $100+ down the drain. Many of them are still in their original wrapper with no way to return them. With how expensive Brother media is, it would be nice to at least include a coupon for a discount on your initial reorder.- Always needs the battery - no AC power only option as previous models had. Still no idle auto power-down option.- App has a very limited font library (who doesn't even have Arial or Times New Roman these days??)- After 10 years, they still require 3/4" of blank tape to be wasted with nearly every label. The instructions do give the option to leave your last label in the machine until the next print to avoid this, but that doesn't help when the majority of your labels are one-offs.- Poor power button location. Some of us don't have a ton of desk space -- putting the button on the back is annoying. Same is true for the battery indicator light.- Louder than my previous P-touch printer- Larger footprint than my old P-touch printer- It would be nice to at least publish the estimated time needed to fully charge the battery

Will not print even if plugged in, if battery is not sufficiently charged
So even if directly plugged into power, this printer will not print until the battery is "sufficiently" charged. So I just had to wait 30 minutes to print a SINGLE LABEL, just to realize I needed to increase the font and now I can't reprint because I drained the battery too much printing that ONE LABEL and I'm getting the "Battery Weak" message AGAIN (see attached image), not sure how long I need to keep it plugged in to print another label as there is no power meter (hardware or software). I feel like this is the equivalent of a printer not printing a black and white page because the printer is out of Yellow ink. How can you not pull enough power if directly plugged in? This Cube is less than a year old so the battery is still good, but it does beg the question of whether it will need a new battery next year or it will be a brick. As mentioned there is no indication on how long the battery will take to charge... going from Orange to unlit (I let it charge for an additional hour and was able to print again, the power light went off after charging overnight so I'm guessing it is all good...). Also, the Bluetooth works fine with my iPhone, but even though it will pair with my HP Spectre laptop running Windows 10, the drivers for BT fail during installation, you get to a screen where you put in the last 4 digits of the printer but it wont let you type anything so you never get to install the drivers. It will connect directly through the USB cable to the computer, but what is the point of buying the Bluetooth version if you have to plug it into the computer? So in summary, if you have this in a drawer then need to pull it out to print out a few quick labels you are... well not good.

GAME CHANGER for organization!
Just do yourself a favor and get one of these! So far I haven't needed the 1.5" wide tapes, but I appreciate the capability should the need arise, and the higher resolution this offers compared to the smaller Cube models made it an easier choice. The quality is killer... literally just writing this review makes me want to go start labeling stuff.Only downside is there don't seem to be great options for cases (Brother or third party), just a couple third party ones that hold a couple of tape cartridges. No big deal as it fit fine in a container I had, but case options for something this large would be great.

Great Tool
We're using Brothers iPrint and Label with the PT-910BT. Labels are easy to print. There's some waste of tape with the automatic cutting. The print quality is quite clear. We labeled numerous light switches to stop lights being left on by accident. It's helped tremendously and the labels are durable

Perfect compromise for my needs
Perfect for my use. Needed to label industrial shelving (pallet racking) at my business but didn’t want to spend a ton of money on units that print 2”,3”... high labels. Gave the (just short of) 1-1/2” a try to see if it was enough and it was just fine.
