its one of the few pre workouts that contains all the scientifically useful substances with the right effective dosages. but never take more than one scoop especially if you don’t have a caffeine tolerance cause this thing is powerful asf

I’ve been a fan of total war pre-workout for quite a while out of all the flavors that I’ve had. This has to be my favorite as I’m trying something new currently I often think about this constantly really great pump and recovery is amazing.

Total war is the best pre-workout I've ever tried. I've used ghost, as well as four or five other brands. This one just makes me feel the most amped without feeling tingles. I noticed a difference in my energy about 20 minutes after drinking this. It's become routine for me to drink this before my CrossFit class. The strawberry mango flavor is my favorite, most flavors have been fine however, Cali lovin was definitely not one of my favorites. I had issues with one of my strawberry mango orders being hard and clumpy, I let the company know and they refunded my money immediately. I ended up taking the powder out of the bag, putting it in a ziploc and crushing it myself back to a powdery consistency. I've had no problems using it like that. I think this is the best pre-workout I've ever had and I definitely recommend it to others.

Delivered by Hermes straight from Zeus's lightning bolt, I knew right then and there that what I was about to open held power even the Gods of Gains couldn't fathom. Upon releasing the seal, I already felt a jolt of energy pass through my body. The Golden Scoop of Strength gently caressed the powder within its capsule....The aroma that levitated out of the container smelt of Mr Olympia victory...it brought me to my knees and led me to wept. After dumping it into my shaker, I paused and recited the words of scripture, "YEAHHH BUDDYYYY!" I proceeded to shake the cup creating a vibrant nectar. I flipped open the lid and began to pour Zeus's seed into my gullet. The room goes dark....my veins dilate....I feel a fire building.....debris from the floor begins to levitate....and then it happens. I become a GOD. After a brief expulsion of waste from my rear, I instant transmission myself to the weight room. I lift ALL of the weights. Not a single weight was untouched. Gains occur.... gains I've never seen before. If you're on the market for a pre-workout, this isnt for you... If you're on the market for something that's going to make you slaughter demons, ghouls, monsters....in the name of gains.....then this is for you.
