Great product and even better support!!!
I have been using the product all summer. It's easy and affective. Through no fault of Drmeter, I needed to contact their US support team. The support team responded quickly, was extremely helpful and everything was resolved in a week. I can't say enough good things about the air pump and the Drmeter customer service team.

Fast & easy
Love this pump. We use it for paddle boards and other water floats. It fills /deflates quickly and the battery charge lasts a long time. Also love that you can set the required psi and it automatically turns off when done.

On the expensive side
Got this and a few other pumps from the un-expensive Sevylor, to medium priced OutdoorMaster Cachalot and BEWELLAERO 20PSI, to this expensive one.Time to inflate a Body Glove Performer 11 - 9min 31sec. Sound level 85db at 1.5ft. Both are the expected time and noise for SUP pumps. The quietest in test. But more than 1 min slower than BEWELLAERO.Great design for portability and packing. In use it did not gave me confidence that I can reliably use it on battery only. There were instances when despite battery be more than 50% the unit did not want to turn on unless the charger or lighter cord was plugged in.I returned this one given that I do not really need the portability, the battery only use was not reliable, and the very high price compared to the rest.

Still good after 1 year
It can surely inflate my kayak up to 4 times (3 solid, 25% per pump) to 1.2 psi. Battery looks okay after 1 year. 9 months in storage.

Only the low pressure pump turned on, no high pressure pump ever.
It would turn on and run the low pressure pump but never switch to the high pressure one. Then after running the low for a while it would overheat and shut the whole unit down. The only way it would come back on was to plug in the charger, otherwise it would never even power back up even sitting for a long time. Tried it plugged into the car to see if it would work different. The pressure was slightly higher plugged in but still never switched to high pressure. Also when it shut down while plugged into the car it blew the fuse to the lighter. Looks like junk to me. I'm sending it back.
