Stops the Leak
Arrived later than expected, but it was worth the wait. Best Price from all the stores I checked and works like a champ. Applied to a leaky basement and was surprised that one coat stopped the water. Recommend

The product is easy to work with and it keeps out the water!
I looked at a number of different products to use on the roof of my RV. It is an older RV, 1985 and other owners had removed air conditioner and roof vent. The patches were poorly done, and were done with various materials. I decided to go with Flexseal having used the product for other purposes and being satisfied. When I was on the roof I noticed a weak spot with the material being broken in several places. I decided to use a piece of roofing metal and cut it to size. I then used construction adhesive to glue it to the roof. I placed weights around the edges to get a tight patch. I then applied the Flexseal over the patch. Totally on the patch I put three coats and put extra on the edges of the patch. I purchased the 2 1/2 gallon size and I was able to cover the roof two times with material left over. It is a class C motorhome measuring 25 feet. For the first coat I used a roller for the center and a 3 inch short bristle brush for the edges and around fittings. The roller leaves a little thinner application so I used the brush only on the second coat. Each dip of the brush only covered a 6 inch by 6 inch area but I was able to apply it thicker. There have been several hard rains since it was applied and there are no leaks. I am pleased with the product and would recommend it.

Great product
This is a great product!! Resealed 4 of my rental travel trailers and I was suppressed how easy it is to clean the roof and has that clear coat finish.

Good stuff
I used this to coat the roof of our camper. So far I am happy with the results. It was very hard to mix like it had sat in a warehouse for a long time, there was a lot of thick sludge on the bottom. I kept breaking wood sticks, so went to metal. I needed one more gallon so I purchased from a local store and it was much easier to mix.

Decent quality
We bought this to paint my employers enclosed cargo trailer roofs. We taped the seams on the roof with RV roof repair tape, then coated the entire roof with this paint. So far so good. There have been no more leaks since we did this. We're hoping the white will also help repel some of the summer sun heat from making it's way into the trailers.

Overall I love the coverage. If you want your wall white it’s great! Cannot paint over this stuff
Dislike- you cannot paint over it. Does allow tear drops of rain to come through but not running water.Like-provides great coverage and looks clean. It doesn’t cure dry on the inside of the basement like it does the outside so unsure how long in a moist basement it will take to fully set. Only time will tell. Overall great product. Easy to use

It works for me
So I bought this for my rv leak. I have an older rv model from the 80s it has a tin roof. So i bought two buckets of this for my 27 foot rv. I will state that it only took one bucket. I will state that I put 3 layers of this paint on my rv roof and sealed it up just fine. The suggestion I will make is dont use a paint tray with it. as the paint will stick to it and youll never get the tray back once it does lol. I suggest you use a paint tray insert instead. Also i suggest you buy a larger paint roller. it will save you time. also youll need multiple layers on the roof and each layer needs to dry. those rollers will dry fast. so expect to buy at least 3 of them. I suggest getting small brushes for detailed work or nooks and crannies. All in all youll be looking at roughly 600 bucks invested in a rv roof sealing project of my sized rv.

Sturdy, resilient, reliable
Amazing product, I've been using so many other brand names for roof sealant, and this was the only product that allowed me to fully fix my roofs leak-free. It's been almost a year and it's still very study and waterproof. All type of weather here, storms, hurricanes, snow, heat from direct sunlight, etc, and this product still keeps the roof nice and clean.
