Ashwagandha drops
This product works wonder. It really relaxes me especially after a long day. I have bought other bands before but this has me hooked. It does have a pleasant taste as wall. This quality is superb ... I love it, I will continue to but this item.

A shot of Ashwaganda
Way to ‘alcohol’ tasting. Definitely is better in a cup of tea, however I’m not a big tea drinker. Effects are decent, will try non-alcohol next time.

A little goes along way.
I love ashawaganda and feel the tinctures are more effective. This one is excellent. I take it at night to help me sleep. And sometimes I take it when I feel anxious….it works.
