This book is laid out in a very easy to follow order. I have used it for one-on-one instruction and my students and I have found it is a pleasure to use. The author’s explanations are easy to understand and backed up by copious examples. The exercises start with easy questions and progress to more difficult, enhancing the student’s knowledge and confidence.I rate Chris Pearce’s book as excellent and would recommend it to anyone preparing for Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics.

Lots of exercises with great explanations and methods
I bought this book in order to practise lots of exercises with each topic and it gave me just that. I would highly recommend it to anyone taking IGCSE maths as it had enough exercises to make me feel confident with the topic before moving onto the next one.

An excellent teach yourself mathematic's basics
The book is well organised in its content and presentation. I am enjoying reliving and relearning a favourite subject. So that's good, init?
