Bought 2 at the same time from different companies. I got lucky and picked 2 completely different sounding ones. This one is slightly less loud than the other. Not a bad thing cuz this one is more high pitched. The other one is the TheBozz( not sure if I spelled that right?) Screaming Aztec Death Whistle. This one, the Deekec, sounds more like a woman screaming, cuz it is more high pitched. The TheBozz is deeper and sounds more like multiple men screaming at once. I like them both alot. The Deekec is slightly smaller. And was able to fit it in a pocket for mischief on a bike ride. The ZBoss will not easily fit in a pocket, and I'm talking cargo pants/shorts pockets. But this one will.Like I said...it sounds great. Can't go wrong. I read the reviews. Mine has no smell. Doesn't smell like paint. Doesn't smell like anything.Is a very worthy, awesome Death Whistle. Sounds like a woman screaming in terror. Looks cool too. Haha.Blow it in the wrong place/time there could be a domestic disturbance police call made....so be aware.

The item I didn’t know I needed. A coworker was telling me about this whistle, its history and the sounds it creates. After listening to some sound clips and watching some videos I decided this is exactly what I was looking for. This has been the perfect solution for all the unwanted spam calls I get on a daily basis. Very effective for defense.

The media could not be loaded. I used this in a haunted house as I didn’t want to stain my voice and it it wonderful, only thing is that it breaks very easily I dropped in probably 10inches onto a carpeted floor and it chipped in multiple places

Loud. Very loud. It emits a sound very similar to a scream as though horrors beyond comprehension are unfolding before your eyes. I use it to scare people at work

I love this whistle! I'm having a blast with it, but my roommates don't seem to be enjoying it as much as I am? 🤔 weird.

I just got this and it's just a loud, a very loud, whistle and on the higher end of pitch but sounds nothing like a 'scream' and/or what an Aztec Death Whistle sounds like as far as I'm concerned. Loud whistle but highly disappointed in the sound for what I was expecting and from other reviewers.

Daughter loved it as a decorative piece. Very creative and fun to play with. Definitely scares you if you don't expect it.
