You CAN'T return this item so beware of that, and the product quality is terrible...
The product itself was terrible enough, then the customer service was even worse. You basically can't return this item despite what the seller claims. Here is some more detail:The product itself was a piece of junk, the picture quality was grainy and pixelated (not sure why they call this a "Gaming Monitor"), and the lighting was super difficult to adjust, you need to go behind the monitor and click like 8 different buttons to be able to simply adjust the brightness of the monitor.When I tried to return the item I realized the seller actually doesn't work with regular Amazon return options (Kohl or UPS drop offs). So I had to wait for a week for them to issue a Fedex label. When I went to Fedex the label didn't cover the full cost of return, so I had to pay an extra $20 (Yes, 20 with a zero!) just to ship the product back to the seller. 5 days after it was delivered (with Fedex proof of delivery), seller still said they couldn't issue my refund because they "can't scan the item back". I eventually had to call Amazon and file a complaint and claim my refund under their Guaranty of Return. It is now weeks after I have returned this item, spent an extra $20 on shipping and still waiting to get refunded. Avoid this seller at all cost.

Monitor stopped working
The monitor worked for only a few days, then the power light started blinking continuously. After that, it never turns on anymore.

Do not buy this monitor.
I had to set this at a lower resolution so as not to get so much "back glow" from each letter on the screen. I messed around with all the contrast/brightness/etc. settings and it still looks horrible. I bought this as a second monitor and will try to return it if possible/not too expensive to mail. Do not buy.

Random blue line popped up on my screen
The screen was working very well for about 2-3 weeks. The quality of it was nice and I was happy with it however I use the split screen by having two tabs open And suddenly a horizontal blue line popped up on the left side of the screen. I googled how to fix it but none of the options worked. Many people said it is probably internal damage that caused it. I tried to see if it will go away on its own but it didn’t. I requested an exchange which Amazon said it will be shipped out in 2-5 days. Then the shipment got canceled. Now I’m stuck with a broken computer screen. Seller wasn’t helpful and told me to talk to spectre. All I wanted was an exchange but now I have to request refund. Hope this issue can be fixed but the seller was very dismissive.

Great monitor for great price
This is overall a very great monitor. I bought it for my PS4 and computer so I could have them both in the same place. Since it has 2 hdmi inputs, I don’t have to finagle around with extra and unnecessary dongles.
