The journey of humans in the light of neurochemistry
One of the best books I have had in my life. It may be a bit difficult for people who are not well versed in neurochemistry and/or psychology, but if you can comprehend this work, it can potentially change your life.

Changed my life, for good.
Before "The Molecule of More," I was happily diving into neuroscience podcasts with Dr. Andrew Huberman, but my understanding of dopamine remained constrained to its role in motivation and reward. This book blew that understanding wide open.Dr Lieberman and Dr E Long don't just explain dopamine; they disclose it as the engine driving so much of human experience, from love and addiction to creativity and our very pursuit of "more."What truly synced with me was the book's exploration of serotonin as the "here and now" molecule. This description beautifully echoed the teachings of spiritual giants like Ram Dass and Osho who have preached the transformative power of present-moment awareness. "The Molecule of More" provided the scientific underpinnings for their philosophy, showing how serotonin's calming presence allows us to appreciate what we have rather than constantly chasing the next dopamine-fueled thrill. It's no exaggeration to say this book has changed my life. For the first time, I see the intimate game between dopamine and serotonin playing out in my own thoughts and actions. This awareness has been empowering, enabling me to make conscious choices about where to direct my energy and attention. I'm now less caught up in the endless pursuit of "more" and more attuned to the simple joys of the present moment. For this profound transformation, I owe immense gratitude to the authors, for throwing light on the unseen forces shaping our human experience. And a big thank you to Dr. Huberman for igniting my initial curiosity about the brain and paving the way for this impactful journey.Thank you Legends.

Beautiful explanation of the human condition and more relevant today than ever
The authors take a pretty tricky subject - neuroscience and neurotransmitters and lucidly explain how they impact everyday experiences. In doing so, they helped me understand various predicaments, seemingly contradictory notions that affected my everyday. It also gives me new language to talk about emotional and excited experiences - in a way that helps me make sense of it. Highly recommend!

This book will tell you the root cause and basis of every thought and action you intend to do…Action packed book that tells you why you behave the way you behave… Chapter on Politics was bit of disinteresting to me however still adds additional layer of understanding.I recommend this book to every one and worth your dollar and time. A big thank you to authors for producing such a marvelous book

Better watch huberman podcast on dopamine
The book starts off well, but I find it has nothing more to say after the first 50 of its 200 page content. You won't lose much if you just watch the huberman podcast on dopamine which covers most of the points addressed in the book. The later part of the book is very speculatory and simplistic even for a layman.
