Nowhere in the description did it say how large these are so I was happy to find they are actually over 4 cm. I needed something to give me fullness without curl and these fit the bill. I did order some cheaper bright yellow ones at the same time. The yellow ones are a bit firmer and I like them slightly better but these are nice also. The yellow ones did say 4 cm, so I was actually thinking these would be more of a 3 cm size, but I’m not disappointed. Because they are softer you can squish them in if you need to to make them a bit smaller. My hair is thick but fine so it tends to fall flat against my head. Curling irons and hot rollers just weren’t giving me enough body but these give me fullness without the curl so I’m very happy. They’re very porous so your hair dries fast and they are so comfortable to sleep in. Even between washings I put them in dry hair at bedtime and I get fullness that lasts all day. At first I had a little trouble getting them to stay in all night but now I use one of those fine hairnets used in food preparation and that keeps them in place.

Turns out they don't clip on fine hair very well. I did have some curl though. Also 2 inch rollers are not comfortable to sleep in. Can't return so I'll just have to use them during the day instead.
