This oil is expeller pressed which very important an in a dark bottle. It has a very light flavor so you can use it for pretty much everything. I fry an bake with it as it takes hi temperatures. It is the best an only oil I use oh I can’t forget it is a very healthy oil as well. Try it you won’t be sorry. I love it

My husband and I have been using this for awhile now and love it! At first we tried it just because it was different. But then we realized how great it is. The taste is amazing and it doesn't have a strong smell. I will put oil in the pan and sometimes forget (oops) while I'm doing something else in the kitchen and surprisingly there was hardly any smoke and no overpowering smell. Not to mention it's much healthier than the alternatives.

Oil had some rancid taste; perhaps, it wasn't stored properly or was expired.Could not use it in salads, so had to use with a lot of seasoning for frying

Great avocado oil, packed in bubble wrap so you shouldn’t get any leakage or breakage. I used to buy this in the grocery store, but it was easier for me to just add this to my “subscribe and save” deliveries.
