Q: Does it sharpen my iceskates totally and perfectly or does it still have to get sharpened at the rink?

According to my husband, he was amazed at how well this product worked. You still need to have them sharpened at the rink periodically, but great for in between. I told him only 2 swipes on each blade, but he didn't listen and almost bit it stepping on to the ice.

Q: Are replacement stones sold too? One broke almost right away.

We do not sell replacement stones however, your stones are covered under warranty so if your second one breaks as well, please just contact us and we'll set up a new order for you. Thank you!

Q: How do I contact the seller for replacement stones? Both mine broke.

You are pressing way too hard if you break the ceramic head. 2-3 light strokes on each blade is all you need to restore the edge.
