I used this brush to limewash the brick on my front porch, and it worked extremely well for that application. The bristles are dense enough to hold a good amount of limewash but still spread it evenly across the brick surface without feeling stiff or flimsy. It held up very well working against rough brick and mortar joints, which was my biggest concern going into the project. Cleanup was also easy, which I appreciated after a messy job like limewashing. A good rinse brought the brush back to shape without a lot of effort. One small detail I really liked was the metal clip that lets you hang the brush on the side of a bucket — simple feature, but very convenient while working and when taking breaks. Overall, this was a great buy for masonry work and I’d absolutely use it again for brick, block, or other textured surfaces.

I'm painting the main floor of my home with limewash paint. The company I got the paint from recommends purchasing their special limewash paint brush, but it was almost $80. I'm so glad I found this brush on Amazon! My project is halfway done, and this brush has worked wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend this to my friends and family.
