Very wide view point and interesting concepts
The media could not be loaded. The books is a must read for any designer.I expected this books to scratch some surface level design concepts but it turns out to be a very deep, thoughtful and detailed book.I have enjoyed every chapter. The book not only provides concepts but also the history, present and the future possibilities.

Absolutely a must read for all the age groups to know how technology is overtaking our lives
The Book is really engrossing and it has focused on the unknown territory of the design area where we generally don't trade. A must read for any design student and everybody in general. A possession worth every penny.

Skip this for something better
This book does have some valuable content. But it has been lost in the tedious writing. I would rather recommend 'Design of everyday things' to anyone and everyone who is looking for an awesome book on Design.

Difficult to read
Book is very difficult to read , language is very very difficult as if it's an English literature book. Things are elaborated. Good to read if you have time and energy till the end.

Interesting read, no pictures
Bought this for my son who is interested in product design. Very interesting read, but few pictures, so not for reluctant readers.

Me encanta

Spoiler alert: this book may change your life
This book brings you a lot of insights on how challenge, empathy, active listening and deep thinking can help us improve the world around us, being it just by changing how we perceive and engage with our cellphones or by how we can improve our day-by-day at work. Although you may think that this has been written to designers, I would say that the history it traces and the analysis it provides is a must-read to everyone. I am not a designer myself but this book has changed how I see my work as a project manager.Besides, the narrative flows easily and pleasantly, the sole drawback is that a few words are very hard to understand if you are not a native speaker (and I would say even if you are...). I believe reviewing the vocabulary to simplify a few terms would greatly benefit the overall reading.

Good pool read
It is not the most intelligent read of all times, but is quite engaging. The book itself consists of chapters that discuss certain issues or historical events in the tech world. One doesn't have to be a tech person to be into this book. I wouldn't say it is so much about desing, rather more of a general history.
