LR Color Sealant
"LR Color Sealant" one gallon purchased. Goes on like paint when using a foam roller. Applied four regular coats to a 4' x 8' CDX plywood firewood shed roof, then lightly sanded with 220 grit sandpaper. Applied one additional regular coat over sanded surface. Next applied three more heavy coats with a squeegee and roller to smooth out. This material goes a long way and is much easier to apply than Flex Seal. I did apply one quart of LR general purpose primer as a base coat. Application temperature was right around 55 degrees. Finished roof looks durable - time will tell.

Very thick, dries to a rubberized coating, thicker than Drylok!
This stuff comes out thick!!! I also think it's better than Drylok, it certainly is thicker. This requires 3-4 layers of application, by the 3rd layer you really get a sense for how thick this is and how it dries to a sort of rubberized material where the paint has some give/sponginess. This is exactly what you need for some low hydrostatic water resisting. They have an even stronger product but it's tar based and more so for external application. I painted this over with drylok because I had used Drylok in the past for color matching purposes and you can rally tell the difference between how much thinner and rigid drylok. I wish I used this product and painted my entire basement from the begining.

It works
I am only giving this product 4 stars, because this is a first time using this product. Time will tell if it gets another star. We used it on our roof and I must say, it was easy to apply. I had one particularly bad spot where my porch meets the house. This stuff sealed it up tight!

First time used
I just applied it. It's nice and a bit thick. About the right thickness easy to brush on. I just put a 2nd coat and using yaxita moisture barrier. Will add another coat or 2. But won't know how it holds up until it rains. In az we don't get a lot of rain, but we do get extremely hot. Let's see how it does with the heat.

Be patient on the 'clear.'
I ordered the 'clear.' Upon on arrival, I opened the can to what appeared to be white marshmellow cream. I originally thought 'they' had given me the wrong color as there are several. I painted a shingle with it, and after SEVERAL hours, it dried clear. Don't freak out like I did. The clear will dry clear, eventually, just be patient. Awesome product!

Well worth the money and easy to use
I used this coating on a rubber roof that was beginning to leak. I ended up putting on 4 coats and letting in dry until it was barely tacky. It was put on in late spring and it went through heavy rains, high winds, and snow and ice with temps ranging between 95 and -15. After 10 months there have been no leaks and it still looks as good as when I put it on. I highly recommend this product as it’s easy to use and seems to hold up well so far. If I get the 10 years out of it that it claims then it’s well worth the price and effort to put it on.

I bought 10 bags (500 lbs.) of cement to cover my leaking chimney. One bag worked at the top, around the cap, but it would NOT stick to the existing brick (I had mesh on it). I had to return the cement bags. I ordered Liquid Rubber, removed the mesh and did 2 coats. It went on just like a thick paint. The Medium Grey colour worked perfectly (made the chimney look new again). I am hoping it won't leak, but it looks great! It applied easily and I can use it for other purposes too. It is the best and cheapest option to fix leaks. I highly recommend this stuff. UPDATE: 3 months later and NO sign of any chimney leak! I am VERY impressed. I also used it to seal a corner gutter leak - works perfectly and NO leak 3 months later! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! UPDATE - 2 years later 2022, and NO leaks. This stuff has worked perfectly so far! UPDATE - IT IS NOW 2024, 4 YEARS LATER AND ABSOLUTLEY NO LEAKS!!!

Cover in 3 layers roof (5x3m) product is fine however i found that if you stand on too long with rubber soles this material sticks on and might rip. I had done some fixing in my ripped toe safety shoes and rubber stick to it and rip so had to cover this later. So leave some for later. Easy to apply no smell, used with fibre cloth to fill seams. So far seems ok.

Just finished my second coat the other day and was waiting for my first rain...:just check inside my shed after our first rainstorm after painting all my steel roof seams and screw holes....and DRY!!!! My shed space is FINALLY dry! So easy....so efficient....and I didn’t bother Cleaning up. I used an old tray, roller and brush and just discarded after the second coat! I bought the 5 gallon pail, light gray. When over the existing Olaf deteriorated tar that was remaining. First coat went good and I think it would have been fine with one but I had a ton leftover so the second coat I gave an extra think coating for peace of mind. Would highly recommend! I’m sure you could make it the workable area look nice using this material but because it was a back shed roof I just slathered it on. The colour is great too as the metal is a light grey so it’s not as noticeable from my Raised deck On my property which is just an added bonus. Over all I would highly recommend this product for giving a roof a new life especially for the price! Great value! I still have a 1/4 of the bucket left for future projects or touch ups!
