The first one was inappropriately packaged and broke in transit. So I was super sad. I had to contact Amazon for a refund. They made sure to bubble wrap it this time!! :) This beauty is perfect for my seders, abd matches my Challah cover and knife!! I love it so much.

Ordered for a Seder Meal - they came broken- i had time for one return- replacement and they also came broken. One box actually was missing the handle that was broken off. So clearly was a returned broken item sent to me in response to a request to replace a broken item.I dont have what i need for my event and I have to get the items packed and shipped out now. Very disappointing

I felt this product was reasonably priced and felt it would be easy to keep clean and hygenic.The description says it’s bamboo and I liked that too because I’m trying to cut back on plastics.I’m super jazzed that this feels and cleans like plastic, but is not!

Product was beautiful. HOWEVER the packaging was useless in protecting a ceramic item. Praying the replacement is more carefully protected....fingers crossed.

This was delivered in perfect condition and is even prettier in person, than depicted online. We look forward to using it for special holidays and for company. This would be a lovely gift for a new home with the matching challah cover.
