It’s a high quality and sturdy belt. Even with ordering too large of a size, I was able to adjust it for use with deadlifting and squats. It does have a lot of holes for wide range of size adjustment. However, the extra belt length was causing problems, so I reached out to the company and they sent me a smaller size within hours and insisted I keep the other belt. The belt looks great. It fits well and is well made. Thickness is good, though this is on the thinner side depending on how much you are lifting. Customer service was excellent! Ordered the wrong size, and they helped get me the correct one super fast.

I ordered an xl and technically its longer than my large but the holes line up exactly the same. It is a nice belt but its made small. Its soft and yet tough. You won’t regret it but order up a size
