Q: Could this pillow be used on a recliner for watching TV?

I think it would work well. If you like the recliner all the way back (or even part way back) but then can't see the tv or have to hold your book above your head this would work great. It also helps your head from falling into a weird position if you fall asleep.

Q: Does it have a carry bag? And ones it fold up?

The Daisy Pillow does not have a carry bag and doesn’t fold up. It has velcro loop to attach the pillow to your bag. If you want a bag and foldable pillow like this. You can search for the Lucy Pillow :)

Q: Does this work OK if you are not a side sleeper?

Hello the pillow is made to be used sideways without needing a window seat. I personally use it in my bed that way (I am not a side sleeper) You could try 100% risk free. What i recomend to the customers is to try anyway you find it comfortable

Q: Can the pillow be use in a car?

I believe so, I like using mine resting on something, like a door or window wall on a llane. I found that I could rotate it to the front of my face and needn't use a resting prop. Great pillow!
