The choice of toothpastes available can be overwhelming with so many making claims to be the only one recommended by dentists and/or guaranteed to give you film star whiteness or repair lost enamel (really?) etc etc. The best dental advice I read recently was that there’s no need to pay much more than £2 for a tube of toothpaste to ensure a decent paste with the correct minimum level of fluoride. On that basis I have been trying Aquafresh and have been impressed. Pleasant minty taste, cleans teeth well leaving fresh breath. Good value. Give it a try.

Tastes OK and does what a toothpaste is supposed to do, that's about all you can say

They do the job and delivery was good

I ordered 6 tubes of this toothpaste only to find that none of them had an expiry date on. I contacted Aquafresh, who said that, under EU legislation, products with a shelf life of at least 30 months are not required to carry a use by date. This seems a little odd as toothpaste does go off, and with no way of knowing how old mine is, I don't know if it's okay to use. Assuming that it's not 10 years old, and remains safe and effective, it seems like an okay toothpaste. It has a slightly weird menthol taste, which takes some getting used to but which is undeniably fresh. The consistency is also on the runny side, which makes me think that it might be part of an older batch, although this might just be how it is.
