Unfortunately, I have become much less organized with issues of muscle myopathy pain especially in the upper back and shoulders rotator cuff tearing.So I was extremely excited to be able to order the Renolds turkey bake bags. These bags are life savers and cook turkeys, roasts, slow cooker and pressure cooker meals effortlessly with easy clean up.I’ve used them since I was 20 years old and my eldest sibling, my only sister, Mary gave me the recipe for roast using these bake bags. Get them you won’t regret it!

I am an old fashioned cook - never use recipes, rarely measure things, etc. So I was skeptical when instructions said you can cook a 20+ lb turkey in just over 3 hours at 350 degrees. I was pleasantly surprised when my turkey was not only fully cooked but it was beautifully browned on the outside and tasted delicious. And the clean up was SO easy!! Plus all of the drippings (which I use to make gravy and dressing) were nicely contained in the cooking bag. I am a loyal cooking bag user now not only for turkeys but for most of my meats and veggies as well. They speed up the cooking and cleaning time for everything. Plus I price checked and Amazon sells these at a price that is as low as anywhere else. I highly recommend these for any cooks that want to spend less time cleaning and ensure tender moist meats every time while taking way less time than any other method I know of.

Yes, this is a pack of 12 boxes of 5 bags each I know, it is a lot!! However, these bags are so awesome and not just for the oven! If you do a lot of marinading, you need these! Just take out a bag and stretch it out over your largest mixing bowl, put all of your ingredients into it, you can see everything so well, once done, stir it all up, put on your gloves and drop I need your meat, and with your hands you can make sure every inch is covered! Then, let all the air out of the bag and use the tie to tie it up, put the bag in the fridge and pull it out when ready to use. You can even then pop the whole thing into a baking dish, put 5 slits in the top and bake it. I use these for everything I marinade, steaks, carne asada, chicken, you name it! I figured since I was only using them mostly for marinading and not baking, I would buy some cheaper brands and save these for baking only. Well, that was a big mistake, they may be the same size, but they leaked all over my fridge! Also, even being the same size, they somehow didn't fit correctly or give me the room I needed like these do, so I tossed them and ordered these.

Use all the time for any items with gravy or liquids. Works great in ovens and keeping foods from spilling out

Have been using these when I make a puertorican staple pernil (pulled pork) it has really helped maintain the moisture and allow the long cooking time needed to get it fork tender when I’m done.
