This is the best brand of coke you 10 I have found. I never knew it existed before. Dr best. It is very easy to take and no stomach upset whatsoever. Great value for the money. Co q-10 is usually very expensive. But this is a quality product at a reasonable price. I highly would recommend trying it.

I have mitochondrial damage from environmental contaminants and this brand and dosage of CoQ10 really gives me a boost. I am still taking it daily though and no end in site, but maybe that is okay. I wish I could come up to range, but I am still quite low via blood serum levels. I have tried many other brands and this is the only one that I can feel, so I will continue to take this daily. I take it twice a day and it is noticeable. I also give this to my dogs. They really like it and when I give it to them they have much more endurance on our walks.
