Other than the size, I'm happy with them. And they're not the only large pill I take. I've learned the trick of throwing my head back before swallowing: it works surprisingly and consistently well for getting large pills to the back of the throat. Don't take these or any other large pills without some kind of fluid. I plan to buy them again.

Just ordered this so my stars aren't gonna reflect the product just yet. I've bought similar supplements like this one elsewhere and I've always done the freezer test. I don't know if the test is legit or just some marketing gimmick but the test is to put some pills in a freezer for 24 hrs. to see if the pills come out clear or hazy, if they're clear there have zero to no impurities if hazy they have impurities. I have only used 4 different brands of omega supplements in my life 2 have passed this test and they were the more costly side, and the other 2 not so costly have not, this one has not passed the freezer test so i guess you get what you pay for. Does any know if this is a legit test? *Update* 5/30/19 Freezer test is a gimmick so i guess not bad

I'm taking these mostly for the purposes of maintaining general health. I've never noticed any obvious effects from using them, positive or negative, and have been taking fish oil for at least a year. These do not taste fishy, nor do they give me a fishy smell, though they do have one. No gastrointestinal discomfort or irregularities. So the best I can say with respect to these is that they aren't hurting, even if I can't yet determine if they are helping. On that basis, I suppose I'd recommend for now.

I've trusted Puritan's Pride supplements since the 1990's. When I discovered they had an Amazon outlet, I was pretty happy. Makes buying their products more convenient. I am particularly fond of their Triple Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, and Borage Oils. Puritan's Pride consistently offers highly purified Fish Oil, which I demand in any fish-based supplement. The package and product was identical to what they sell through their mail-order shop and the price was great! I just wish they would be consistent in posting images of the Back Label information on their Amazon product pages. I will definitely be shopping the Puritan's pride store again.

There's nothing I can tell you more than the numerous studies about the benefits of substances contained within these oils, substances which improve neurologic, dermatologic, and cardiac health for starters. The price is nice, the oils are nice...maybe one might even call them a nice name now and then, like "Oily", and pet the cap a little. I personally don't know anyone who does this--definitely not me--but I would understand if they did.

I was taking an omega 3 supplement for dry eyes that cost about 3 times what this does. This stuff works as well for me and has the added benefit of omega 6&9. This is my new dry eye relief. I would recommend it to anyone who has had eye surgery and suffers from dry eyes. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and get good results.
