This is a great AIO for office use. Only thing I would change is give the option to change the height of the screen. Otherwise I have been loving it, works fast when opening all the different programs we use at the office.

Bought this computer two months ago. I just now went to use the computer's calculator and found out there is NO touch screen. I bought this Windows 10 computer for my 86-year-old mom who was used to Windows 8 (too many changes on Windows 11) so while it's not a new, new computer, it is certainly new enough to expect a touch screen. Very irritating but not a game changer. However if you're wanting a touch screen, steer clear of this one.

when I went through the set up process, I found (using Lenovo's installed software) the computer was warrantied in 2021 and had expired in 2022. Also the Windows product key would not activate, saying it was already in use on another device. I called Lenovo support and spent about 20 minutes with them. The answer I received was that since it was bought from Amazon, it was there problem to resolve. I called Amazon support talked to them, they too expected the computer to be "New" (very nice and understanding), however the end result was to send it back to Amazon for a refund, which I did. The fault here lies with Lenovo, they have a store on Amazon and are selling old computers as new.

BUYER BEWARE!! This computer is only going to work a day or two and then you will be required to purchase Microsoft 365 in order to access any of your existing documents, not to mention creating new ones!!!!!!! NOT DISCLOSED!!

The motherboard went out in less than 13 months. So if you think yours isn't powering up, it is probably the motherboard.

Purchased and within a Mother it started freezing, crashing, internet was slow despite it working on everything else. 6 months it stopped working after I reset it in hopes of fixing the issue. Not sure it's even worth repairing.

Very nice overall, BUT you cannot adjust the height !

El artículo llegó en perfectas condiciones; hice el update a Windows 11 y todo salió perfecto. También mandé un mail a LENOVO México respeto a la garantía. Porque al capturar el no. de serie me llegó una notificación, que el equipo está fuera de garantía. LENOVO México me contestó rápidamente y ahora al entrar al portal aparece que tengo un año de garantía. Todo perfecto. Recomiendo éste equipo.
