This is the best shoulder ice pack I’ve found. I have multiple areas in pain and pinched. My chiropractor said to ice, but I could never get the ice packs on each spot and moved around. It took forever. This ice’s all areas at the same time, I can cook or clean with it on and not disrupt my day. Stays in place and is comfortable to wear.

It does not stay cold super long which does require me to either put it back in the freezer or to flip it inside out and immediately put it back on using the other side (usually the non cushy side I use second). It conforms well. The gel inside does somewhat slide down to where it's colder at the bottom of the pack than the top, but overall it works nicely. It works better than I expected but not exactly as perfect as I hoped. Overall I am quite satisfied. It does its job, it's mostly comfortable although a tiny bit tricky to get on over my head with only one arm, not impossible but I imagine if one had very thick neck and shoulders they would want a bigger size. For reference I'm 5'6 and currently 144 lbs. I'm guessing if you have help to put this on or weigh less than 220 lbs, you'll probably be fine, but any bigger and you might want to go for a bigger size just for the neck portion alone as it has minimal adjustments (but the plus side is that it is not velcro attached as it is sewn to the pack so no fear of it falling and droppingonce it's on). The arm band stretches and adjusts plenty, but the stretchy neck piece only adjusts a little bit.

A friend had one like this and while its not exactly the same its pretty close! I needed this after my arm/shoulder surgery. I haven't yet used the straps as my arm is still in a sling but will soon. Both sides have comfortable material to protect the skin from being too "cold" when at first using out of the freezer. Occasionally I have felt a drip as it starts to melt. Hopefully its not a leak but just too cold but just condensing melting. Arrived quickly as promised, thank you!

The awkward Universal fitment can be excused at the price point and overall it works decently but within 15-20 minutes the cooling gel has lost its Cooling. The gel is completely liquid and has to be put back into the freezer

It’s just what I needed. Easy to put on and take off. It hits specific areas like top shoulder connection, your neck front and back. The muscle part on your upper arm that I pulled after a fall. It instantly relieves the pain and helps you keep your arm steady so you don’t hurt it more. I definitely recommend it, it’s worth the money !

I bought two of these to rotate after my shoulder surgery. They fit well and are meeting my needs. I am of average female build and I bought the standard size. My only complaint is that the part that goes across your chest and underneath your other arm should connect by velcro. That would make it easier for me to get it on and off myself without dragging a cold, cold brace across my face. I recommend putting it in your freezer 2 days before you're going to need it so it can get cold enough.

This shoulder pack stays cold for a long period of time. It fits easily around the shoulder and is very comfortable. I would recommend it for any shoulder problem.
