Great lock with easy install, unfortunately the unit stops working after about 30 days. Used energizer lithium batteries non rechargeable batteries and these batteries from the broken handle work fine in other devices. Buyers beware

It’s a great idea, but it’s poorly manufactured and designed.The inside handle rattles and shakes because the set screw is poorly designed. I to fix it. I drilled a hole and threaded it with a new set screw. Now it works.The battery compartment is way too tight And the batteries pop out leaving the lock uselessPoor design and poor manufacturing

This product was extremely attractive for what I needed. I ordered a two pack of the electrical door knobs which would be a very big mistake. The screws used to hold this hardware together are comparable to paper.I tried to assemble this item and could not due to screws being damaged and the device themselves being damaged..
