I bought these because I’m stripping paint off my very intricate wooden fireplace mantle and needed small tools to get into all the detail work. They are perfect for the job, very sturdy and a great price for the set.

EXACTLY what I was hoping for when I ordered them. I'm an artist-craftsman who works in Many mediums (but first and foremost, wood) I was looking for tools which could carve soapstone for making into pewter casting molds. I had feared when ordering these that the edges of the tools would be thin and sharp (i.e. too fragile for carving the stone) but the edges are strong and perfect,... I can't wait to start playing with them

I have been using these tools on earthen ware clay miniatures. These tools feel pretty good. The variety of tips make finding a suitable tool often seem possible. My only complaint is that some of them aren’t very sharp and some of the end points feel a bit unrefined/cheaply machined. Overall, a good starting set with some fun stuff!

Better quality than expected for the price. Purchased for sculpting figures and minitures with polymer clay and am completely satisfied.
