I have heard all the horror stories about buying prebuilds. Did my research and decided to take the plunged on Skytech.I got the PC in Sept and its fast, runs cool, and a gaming beasts (3070 + 5600X) been extremely impressed with the build. But about a month after getting the build I noticed some weird crashes especially during gaming that progressively got worse and more frequent until after a crash loading back into windows would have green graphical artifacts on the screen..If course I imagined the worse and not having a horrible return experience and not having a replacement card for 6 months...Boy was I wrong.... I called Skytech and they asked me a few questions and confirmed that it was a bad graphics card. They had me email my serial number for the PC and card, the next day I had a return shipping label to return the card. Once it arrived my replacement shipped about a day later. So overall I had my replacement 3070 in only 7 days!! The new card is a revision 2 and came with a 4 year warranty from the manufacturer. I highly recommend doing business with Skytech. These guys took care of me and stood behind their build!

I purchased this product back in 2021 and until recently it worked with no problem whatsoever gaming daily until 1 year was up and the warranty expired. It started with occasional crashes now the monitor loses connection and crashes almost every time it is turned on until eventually it returns to working status. Skytech's tech support was helpful at first helping me to diagnosing that the RAM was faulty so I replaced it with spare RAM I already had however the issue continued either being a GPU or CPU problem. Now they are worthless when it comes to repairing a problem when by their own test method have sold me a computer with RAM that fails it and likely a GPU, CPU or both that are also faulty. The QC certificate they include means nothing as they do not stand behind it and will not replace the parts. If you want to spend a ton of money for a computer that only works for a year then go ahead waste your money because that is what you are doing when you buy skytech.

I unboxed and fired it up to find that the GPU was bad. I was a little frustrated, but I opted for the open-box for a price discount, so it wasn’t a complete surprise. I Contacted customer support through a chat link within minutes they had the problem figured out. 2 weeks later I have my warranty replacement GPU, and all is great. I had the option of returning it to amazon but chose to use warranty instead. Very happy with Skytech customer support!

Don't buy this it's scalped price I put everything this one specs wise with a 850w gold psu plus added skytechs price for the case and it's not even $1,900 it's about 1563 give or take on the motherboard and that's using random parts like they claim to have and Amazon messed up and is calling it a blaze when it's a chronos just sloppy and bad that they're legitimately scamming people out of money in these times and there's no reason for especially when they seem to have some quality issues with pre-builts I've went through 3 of them it's the 3060 12G version of this within a month that's bad when they're a good company just don't make sure that their pre-builts are fully functional before sending them out to companies

Liked that this was on sale and is exactly what we needed to replace our aged computer. Never heard of Skytech before but after watching a lot of reviews, decided to pull the trigger. It has been great so far!

Spec wise, looks like a great pc, quality control lacking. Powered on for the first time and graphics card was dead. Error code 34. Called amazon support who didnt want to offer any tech support. I then asked for a replacement gpu only to be told they will only do a refund on the entire pc, no replacements possible. So now here i am out of my money and computer for 2 weeks waiting for my money back.

Almost everything worked fine except… a week into using the pc the ethernet port on the motherboard stopped working, basically watching the ethernet process in task manager I could see the ethernet process constantly disappearing and reappearing as I would constantly disconnect/reconnect to apps/games and I would like to use ethernet for a better experience than wifi. I even tried using a different version of the LAN driver and that did not resolve the issue. Wish they would let you choose or at least know in advance which motherboard they put in so I can research potential issues like this before they happen.

Definitely happy with the overall experience with this computer but it can have some random hiccups. This Is my first gaming pc so I don’t have much experience with pc’s in general but after watching many videos, they all recommended this one
