I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I used to take a high dose of melatonin but it stopped working. I was about to settle into a life of permanent dark circles under my eyes and people telling me how tired I look before a coworker told me about the magic of combining magnesium and melatonin. In came this product. The first time I took it, it knocked me out cold and I slept straight through the night. I woke up the next morning thinking I missed the school bus. I’m 40. Take it an hour before bedtime and let it gently lull you into sleepiness.

I usually take a magnesium complex-400mg. But it can be hard on my stomach if I stop and start again. I use this product to help ease me back up to that higher dose. However I do actually love this product as well and may switch to it when I run out. I like having options and this product gives me them! It is very helpful at keeping me asleep.

My physician suggested I find a low dose melatonin with magnesium to aid with staying asleep. It worked like a charm! Sometimes I only need a half dose, but can always take the whole dose if needed.Have on subscription now, makes the price even better.

It really helps me sleep and calms my mind. The direction says to take two capsules but I take one capsule. Even with one capsule it’s good enough for me to get a good night’s sleep. The only problem is I wish the capsule was a little bit smaller.

I’m not able to take magnesium during the day because it doesn’t agree with my system. I take this at night it helps me sleep and I get my magnesium without any issues. Plus it has an advantage to help me get a better restful night.

My doctor recommended Slow Mag for me since I am low in magnesium. I saw this new product with the sleep aide and since I bought it , I have not had any trouble falling asleep at night.

I was so hoping this product would relax me and send me off to sleep. Not the case. I fell asleep, woke up and was extremely nervous. It took me hours to snap out of it.Bottom line. Melatonin is not for everyone. I’ll stick with plain Mg.
