This is the one you will want
This is a very high quality, heavy metal door latch and lock that works perfectly. I was very pleased with all parts. Even the shipping container is robust! It has a brushed stainless steel finish and lighted keypad. It is very versatile with the ability to have up to 200 unlock codes and even codes that can be used one time only. This lock uses four AA batteries, has a 9 volt emergency battery hookup, and two electronic key cards and keys. It is very high quality and robust. Installation hardware is included that is very high quality. It even includes pliable weather seals to keep the weather out of the lock. This can be a left or right handle and changed by opening the inside covers and moving a couple of screws. The manual does not cover this but if you look at the mechanism it is pretty easy to figure out. I would highly recommend this product. A word of caution: The installation manual while accurate is difficult to follow and appears to somewhat poorly translated from another language. There is however an excellent YouTube video, that appears to have been done by the manufacturer. You can find the video by searching YouTube with the model number on the installation manual. it is very helpful in installing and programming the lock.

Support is Difficult at Best
Worked well for 2 months, then just stopped. I took it apart, checked everything, swapped batteries, nothing helped. I tried to contact their support desk and finally got a phone number through their Facebook page. It was a long distance number for a Pacific Rim country.

Best features and product for the $ on the market and serious support for help installing of you have questions.
Top notch product and seller. Great communication. Had 1 small issue and was resolved. Works perfect. If using inside just make sure you buy a security plate for the inside part because without that plate it truly isn't secure proof. Also replace outside hinges with non removable hinges. And for more security get a safe and mount it to the floor using conrete bolts. The security plate would have been a nice feature to have added to the product but since doors vary I can see why it was not included and you cannot beat the price. You can add up to 200 users. There is a valet setting for temporary guests/cleaning agents. 2 cards and two keys come with. Also if you add the 4 AA batteries and they die, just a simple 9 volt battery can be used to power it up to gain access amd then you can easily change your batteries. Best lock with the most features for the money out there IMHO. Cheers and be SAFE!! Oh, just remember that since it can take up to 200 users, you use THREE digits when entering your user. Example 001-200#

Lock is good, instructions, not so much.
Instructions are poorly written. Lock works well however.

Please change the name to EZunlock
This “lock” is a liability, just waiting to happen. If you think this is actually a door lock or will provide any protection from access, think again. No home, office, or any door for that matter is even remotely secure, with a device bypassed so easily. The description claims 4 “unlock” options, but wait, there is a fifth option! For those who have already purchased and installed, my wife was the one who discovered the fifth option to gain access, so I don’t recommend trying this. Just apply a little more pressure on the handle and the latch will engage and retract. No pick-set and no MacGyver method. Just apply more pressure and you’re in. This is just an expensive gadget and should make no claims to locking or imply any sense of security. I feel obligated to share this with potential buyers and warn all that this device is NOT going to secure a door. I sent the video to the seller, EZEC. Their response was to blame me for turning the handle too hard. They offered a replacement handle at a reduced cost but asked that I wait about a month. Wow! Yeah, I'll just leave that door unlocked until you guys have time to get around to it. Thanks, but I purchased a Schlage FE595 PLY 626 Flex lock as a replacement as well as a Kwikset 92640-001 Deadbolt. You can't over pressure the these LOCKs. Both have keypads but no rifd. Remember, with the EzLock, you can gain entry just by turning the handle beyond 45 degrees, so why waste time trying to program or even use rifd. It’s so easy, a 3 year old could pull down or hang on the handle and Taadaa, Open-Says-ME. I'll take the peace of mind that my door is secure over this trash, any day. Finally, this device requires that you drill an additional hole in your door. Once this device fails, and it will fail, you must replace it with the same faulty device or find a real lock that will cover the additional hole in your door.

in the end it's a great product once you get it installed correctly
I just purchased an EZlock ELC01 electronic door lock. I followed the programming instructions provided, but cannot get the lock to accept my new 4 digit entry code, I retried numerous times. I went online in order to obtain additional info, but none was available. At this point I'm not sure if I have a defective lock or if something is wrong with the programming info provided. Very frustrating. I apologize for the previous review....I have just now found the solution to my problem . Unbeknownst to me there was a "USB" in the package that I did not find until I contacted the company !! Once I was able to use the USB and follow the instructions I had no problem.. One suggestion I would make is that they use the same "language" at all times. One time they referred to the "code" and another time to the "number" but it turns out the code and the number were the same thing ! Oh well........in the end it's a great product once you get it installed correctly !!

It works great for any door indoor or outdoor use with the ...
To start the EZlock 4 in 1 electronic door lock is a simple to install lock for your standard door lock, not the deadbolt system. It works great for any door indoor or outdoor use with the rubber boot that is supplied. I use this lock to secure a storage room in the house which gets moderate traffic through and has held up very well. This lock has the a physical key system along with the electronic key pad and 13.56 Mhz RFID cards (cards are preprogrammed for convenience purposes). The pros of this lock: The lock is a single way pass through door handle / locking system which means that when the door is closed the lock is active which prevents people from entering behind you when you close the door but with a simple turn of the handle from the interiour grants easy exit. This has the ability to have multiple groups of users that with the ability of access play back to identify an individual's code that was given access. External 9v operation: while not a critical function in most people's eyes; as the device doesn't have a power indicator that lets the user know the exact power level of the 4 AA batteries you can have the potential of the batteries being dead and not having a physical key readily accessible. Bi - directional handle installation: The locking mechanism is able to be installed in either direction Sturdy construction: the construction of the metal and the fittings are solid and doesn't feel like the unit will fall apart. Bright backlit keypad for night time reading. Neutral: Programming can be finicky at times and not always is it clear that the programming operation was actually successful as the beeps and visual indicators are a bit fast. (*This should be a con but is only personal preference) The limitation to only 13.56 Mhz RFID tags is disappointing, while there is no issue in the actual function of the RFID aspect while I already carry a few RFID cards for work it is a pain that I can not tag one of them to the lock for convenience. Although after research which suggests that I may be able to use my phone's NFC the process in using that function may be more work than worth the continuous effort. In contrast, as long as you are using a tag that is 13.56 Mhz you should not have any issue in registering the tag regardless of the form it takes (IE Card, Fob, bracelet, Sticker, ect). Cons: No notable Cons to this unit other than previously mentioned preference.
