Good regulator
The other Watts regulator failed. It was there when we bought the house so I don't know how old it was. Installed this one and it's working as it should.

Well made
Reinstalling a Pressure Relief Valve is a job needing long handle tools to break the nuts that have sat for long periods of time. I was going to have a plumber out but figured $500 was so much I could do it. It was impossible to break the connector free with a 12 inch handle wrench. So I got a piece of copper pipe and extended the handle to get torque enough to break the nuts free. Job done in an hour.

Super quality value. This valve allows easy adjustment and maintenance. Pressure was factory set at 50PSI, which was what I wanted.

A real breeze to install.
It worked. I had a pressure issue that was wreaking havoc with my washing machine however, I had no issue afterwards.

Regulator made a whistling noise. Per manufacturer, had to be returned.

The plumber recommended this one and it took him about a hour to install it. Amazon provided good customer service on this purchase. Only complaint is that it is quite expensive.
