This is probably the fan youre looking for
This fan is exactly what I expected. I will go over some of the features and keep in mind the price I paid is under 35 bucks shipped. The fan moves a good amount of air and is relatively quiet. Even on low this isnt a silent fan, this isnt a desk fan its meant to be used for a bigger space. Even if youre using it for a workout room it would be sufficient for multiple machines or for a single machine you would mount it up, and away because its not something you want to sit 2 feet away from unless youre into that kind of thing. The fan has controls on the base and on the remote. The remote is actually responsive and has buttons, not the "push pad" type cheap remotes you see lately- and the fan beeps to confirm input. The range and response is perfect. The remote is simple and has buttons for on/speed and another button that just turns it "Off". It has buttons to activate timer or Pulse mode (where it speeds up and slows down, even turns off for a moment, and back on again... it kind of simulates natural wind movement, good if you dont want a consistent blowing ) and a button to turn the oscillation on and off. The oscillation has worked well for me so far, and it has a wide sweep. It definitely could cover a whole room. To adjust the vertical tilt of the fan you loosen a screw on the base and it becomes loose enough to change, at hat point you can tighten the screw back down- its not a quick adjust tilt, its more meant to be adjusted based on how high you mount it . Mounting is easy enough- its a bracket where you install 3 screws into whatever you have ( includes drywall anchors but the fan has some bulk so be careful they are properly installed if using them) and then another hole to accept a thumb screw that goes through the fan body to hold it to theb racket after it is "hung" on the hook- which will be obvious when youre looking at the item itself in your hands. The fan comes partly unassembled. It comes with the wire guard not installed yet to make it more compact to ship, so you want to remove the REVERSE THREADED nut that will secure the fan blades from the fan and then remove the collar nut from the base - install the back fan guard which will have a center hole to go over the hub, with the "hanger" facing up, take your time then fasten down the collar nut to hold it in place. Now you can install the fan blade, which will sit on over the pin that crossed the fans axle and be secured with the reverse threaded nut. you can hold the fan by the blades to hold it in place while you reverse-thread that on hand tight- its plastic so don't wrench it down with all your strength it doesn't need much force and the reverse threads will ensure it doesn't come off in the future easily. The fan guard has a clip you will slide on at the top center ,and there is a small hole at the very bottom of the wire fan guard where the front and back will line up and the holes will line up , which you can use as a "guide" to get it basically straight. Then the clips everywhere except the top one, will swing out, on a hinge and then be pushed back on- WHY this is GREAT is t his means in the future when this fan is all dusty and grimy, all you will need to ever do is SIMPLY remove, without tools, the front guard and then turn the fan hub nut clockwise (reverse from usual- important to remember not everyone deals with mechanicals things so I want to make it obvious here) to loosen it, and you can wash the whole fan blade assy in the sink or elsewhere, and put it back together clean as new. I like that. So my review of the fan is this - GREAT for the money, because of the remote, the wall mount, the easy consumer friendly ability to clean it in the future for sanitary reason (Dust irritates me to no frickin end personally) and bonus for the interesting pulse feature and good quality feel of the remote for a cheap device. If this fan LASTS I will be buying more of these for other rooms. Would be an excellent alternative for places with low ceilings or finished basements where the head clearance for a ceiling fan isnt quite there- as well.

I can't live without this Fan!
This is a fantastic fan. I love that it is wall mounted, looks great and is the perfect size to keep me cool at night. It doesn't hurt my feelings at all that my husband needs a heating pad because of how cool and breezy I like it, lol. It was very easy to assemble and mount. It has lasted us quite a while so far, and is still running well and quiet enough to have a pleasant white noise effect.

Great fan - low price point
The fan is super easy to install and works very well. At this price point, you can't go wrong. I mounted mine near the ceiling facing my work bench and its great!

Works well although a bit loud
While it isn’t actually a great aesthetic in the room, the fan works well and I like that it moves side to side as an option. It really puts out some cool air. Biggest downside is it is louder than I would prefer

Good choice at this price point
Easy assembly and provides enough air movement for my two car garage. Having the remote control to adjust fan speed, timer, and modes is a great option. I often work on projects and the cars while I’m in the garage and this fan helps keep the air moving. The fan is sturdy and pretty quiet even on the highest speed.

Great with a couple of adjustments
Edit: This fan was great when I first put it up, but quickly afterwards it stopped blowing air. I clean it regularly, and even when it's newly cleaned it doesn't blow any air. I'm bummed because I searched for the "best" fan for my bathroom (plus money is very tight) and this ended up not working out. This fan is strong, so it serves its purpose in my incredibly hot bathroom. It's also very easy to install (but go to the hardware store and buy anchors that are for much heavier items, 50 lbs works well, if you can't screw into studs). One bad is that the bolt to really anchor it to the hanger doesn't work. It doesn't actually screw into anything, so it doesn't hold the fan as steady as it could be, which is a safety hazard. I think it may be a bit too short so it isn't threading by the time it hits something. That's why I deducted a star. I wish it had a little more range in oscillation (one more inch would do it) and a little more range in pointing downward (again, an inch more would be enough). I also wish there were an option to turn the beeping (it beeps when you turn it on/off or change a setting while it's on) off. It's inclusive, which I appreciate, but the option to use this feature would be nice. I'm super sensitive to sound so it's especially difficult for me. This are really more wishlist items though. We can't have everything and it's a good fan for what it is.

Great value, bought twice, would buy again and again
Bought twice because of great value overall. First one lasted 16 months of almost 24/7 use (only failed due to cat hair gumming up the works in a very tight space). Slight bit of resonant vibration, but I mitigate that with some foam padding between the rear and drywall. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again

Please consider increasing oscillation range above 90° (45 ° in each direction).
Love fan. Just wish the total oscillation was more than 90° (45° in each direcrion).

We needed a wall mounted fan to replace the one that broke. It had to be this size because of where is goes, which is between a window and our wall mounted A/C unit. We actually could not find one for quite awhile so when I came across this one I just had to get it. It was a breeze to put together and install and it's very convenient to use the remote instead of having to reach up to the fan. It operates silently and doesn't produce any vibrations against the wall. The oscillation feature provides comprehensive air flow coverage throughout the rooms. It's quite powerful, so we usually use it on medium or low settings, but even on high, it runs quietly. The other plus is that it comes apart just as easily to so cleaning is also very easy.

Muy buen ventilador. Hace ruido, así que no esperes un ventilador silencioso

I got this fan ten years ago via Wayfair and loved it. It JUST stopped working recently, which is surprising as I’ve used it as maximum for so long, so constantly. I wanted the same one if possible and found it here on Amazon at a great price. My handy friend installed it easily. He then decided to see if a new fuse would fix the old one - it did! So he not has the old one and is loving it :)
