I like Rain Bird fittings and drip irrigation pressure compensating tubing
This year I started using this and other Rain Bird products for drip irrigation. The fittings are good quality with tubing stops and fit other products well (Toro Funny Pipe for trunk lines). The pressure compensating drip emitter pipes in 12" and 18" spacing work very well with surprisingly even drips at most locations in the tubing along the many lengths I have installed. The tubing normally does not require clamps to secure them to the fittings. Easy to use allowing quick installations. Good stuff so far.

The item works great. Seller not so much
I used these for my sprinkler system initially. No problems. Turned out I didn't need more. Tried to return them but it was going to cost almost as much as the item because Seller insistes they go UPS even though they didnt ship them that way.

Good fit
I buy the rain bird fittings with the rain bird tubing as they are designed to go together. Easy to install and tight fit. Really appreciate the ease of the work. Sellar was very good also, but can’t see how to leave a review for them…

I have tried other brands, these are the most reliable.

Easy to use
I like this product, but I wish it was more UV resistant. Mine are in the harsh Sierra sun and take a beating. They fail after about 3 years and I have geysers, sometimes when I am away on vacation, which is not good. They are easy to use and lock tight in the drip line. To try to make them last longer, I have to bury mine or put a rock over them to keep the sun off. I wish they were more sun tolerant and less expensive, but they do a great job overall.

Great connector when used with a stainless steel hose clamp
I use these Rain Bird fittings on different brands of 1/2 inch drip line. I always use a stainless steel hose clamp to secure these fittings. I have never had a leak nor have these connector deteriorated in the sun. I just scratch my head at the negative comments. Thanks for reading and God Bless...

Great for my hobby farm drip irrigation
I purchased this for my hobby farm drip irrigation system. It works perfectly. I installed this when it was 90 degrees outside in Missouri, hence I did not have to use hot water to soften the drip line. It installed easily and does not leak.
