Love the shape--very comfortable!
This new needle is plastic, but it's pretty, and even better, it is comfortable to hold for a long time while crocheting. There is only one minor problem: it is slippery! I had a learning curve to get used to its smooth feel and slipperyness when using it for the first time. Otherwise, the feel and how to hold it went quickly after practicing. I really enjoy using it! I love the colors, too.

It’s a FURLS crochet Hook !
Love , love this hook ! Very comfortable for arthritic hands and fingers. Smooth hooking.I have sooooooo many crochet hooks , including high end wood ( ebony and rosewood) and as far as comfort and smoothness, these unique plastic ones tops them all. It’s the shape of that area where you grip the hook.Very happy to be able to hook comfortable again.Yay for Furls !
