Very helpful customer service but overall quality is great. I would buy again. Very quick assembly

First off, some of the welds and metal are a bit iffy. But I use these ramps combined with four jackstands so everything is still pretty safe. I have to admit, if you don't have the space or the need for a lift, these are great. I can change oil very easy. I installed a new bumper and having so much room is just awesome.

I have NOT used them yet, because of the weather, so can't speak to their sturdiness, but they look great, and being steel, I believe they will hold up and perform as intended! Good creative design

The product looks decent quality, it came with all essential parts but was missing a couple bolts and a couple of the bolts I was given were the wrong size but they aren't really essential. The packaging was in horrible condition when it was dropped off, I dont know if it was shipping related or from the seller but that would be the number one thing i would say they should work on.

The product is poorly made the pipe jacks look like they came from a dollar store. The package was damaged and was missing bolts. I requested a refund over a month ago and the seller has still not sent me the return information.

I am pleased with this purchase after two uses, but there are some caveats that I hope Wuyule will use to improve their product. I purchased this ramp-lift to service my John Deere X738 lawn tractor which, with mowing deck, weighs 0.58 ton. Many commercially available lawn tractor lifts are not suitable for use with the X738 because of their (a) limited capacity and/or (b) the horizontal bar on the lift presses the deck assembly into the front hydraulics. There is no company information on the Wuyule ramp-lift device, box or literature. No company name, address, URL, phone number, person. No Wuyule-specific (identification) information at all. My communications with Wuyule were all done only through Amazon. The product description on Amazon states this is a “…10000lbs Heavy Duty Car Ramps Lift for Car Repair.” The single page of product information provides conflicting guidance on capacity. “…this product is limited to use forvehicles of less than 2tons.” (sic) “Warning!No more than 2000Kg of the maximum load per Hydraulic drive-on ramp! (sic) Each hydraulic jack comes in a box that states it is a 5-ton jack. So, what is the actual combined capacity of the two ramp-lifts? I feel safe using it for my half-ton tractor, but I would not use this ramp-lift for my Nissan Frontier truck at approximately 5690 pounds (2.85 tons) GVWR. Wuyule should settle on ONE capacity limit, clearly stated. Users need to know. Also from the information sheet: “This product is suitable for the use of vehicle close to the angle greater than 17 degrees.” (sic) I don’t know what the purpose of this peculiar angle caution is. If the slope should be limited to something “close to the angle greater than 17 degrees”, why is the lift included as part of the device? The slope of the un-lifted ramp is about 15.6 degrees. If the lift platform is raised 1-inch the angle increases to about 17.4 degrees. Raising it 4-inches increases the slope to about 22.7 degrees. So, what’s the problem and how do I use this knowledge to assess suitability? I doubt most vehicle manufacturers have a slope limit recommendation for such ramps or ramp-lifts.. One of the jacks in the initial package could not be adequately secured to the ramp because an anchor hole in the base of the jack had been drilled off center and could not accommodate the bolt head. After two communications with Wuyule they sent a replacement jack that arrived within three days. This dual ramp-lift setup requires patience, especially if you are operating alone. Moving back and forth from jack to jack to raise and lower the lift can be somewhat tedious, but it works. Deploying two ramps obviates the need for a horizontal bar connecting left and right, and I needed a device without that bar.
