Upped my game for sure.
I had some experience with table tennis long ago but I got the passion for tot back and this paddle is definitely the tool to get back on track and make you better. Only con was that one of the rubbers was coming off and then stick back, but now needs to be glued back, which is not that bad, but tells me about some quality control opportunities, it is normal. Overall definitely worth the purchase imho. BTW paddle is very speedy and spiny, will definitely make you learn the basic technics well. Also update after a few months of use. It is beat up now and I had to glue the rubber back which is normal kinda, but have to tell you the quality is well worth the price comparing to more expensive models from all best sellers on Amazon, it definitely feels expensive and screams quality to me, but rubber glue… might have just dried or something else. But this bat is pro level and well worth the money!

Great for the price.
It is a good bat. It is a bit heavy. Once you get used to the weight. It plays great. Good feel and balance. It is fast and takes time to get used to controlling it. Once you get used to it, plays great.

Unbeatable for the price
This paddle is unbeatable for the price. I’m not an expert at table tennis but I can tell it’s head and shoulders above paddles I’ve tried in this price range. It’s got a great feeling in the hand, great spin and power from it! Clearly high quality too. I’ve bought several of them already.

Great customer service! Excellent premade paddle!
This review has been updated: The first one I received (Joola Infinity Overdrive ) had a crack on both sides of the blade. I noticed this when I replaced the rubber. I was very disappointed and contacted Joola. I sent them some photos and they quickly acknowledged it was cracked. They sent me a new one right away!!! I really like this racket!!! Rubber is better than that on my my premade Stiga pro carbon. And the rubber on this Joola, in contrast to the Stiga pro carbon, is easily replaceable -not made with a mess of glue like most premade paddles are constructed. Based on my, albeit limited, experience, the Joola premade paddles are the best out there, especially if you are beginner-intermediate looking to continue to improve your game. And the easily removable rubber allows you to experiment with other rubbers. Good going Joola!

Very noticeable improvement, even from the get-go!
As an intermediate, recreational player, without any prior exposure to above-average blades, I kinda had high hopes for this one, not knowing what to expect. I was not disappointed. There's a learning curve and it takes considerable time to master its quirks (I'm far from there yet!), but your game is going to improve so much, you'll notice performance upscale every single time you play! The tackiness of the rubbers is very prominent and gives your spins such a deep curvature, you wouldn't believe it! Smashes are seriously accelerated, no matter how hard you go; I estimate a 10-15% in power generation and I might even be conservative. What really lifted my game off though, is control. Is it the 7 layers of the blade, the selection of rubbers, the harmony of putting them together? I don't know. But that particular combination, improved my control immensely: 9/10 smashes successfully returned, as opposed to 6/10 with an generic blade. Being a penhold player, I didn't find any issues with the blade's weight: it's very well balanced, sturdy but not heavy, and easy to handle. Overall, I would estimate at least a 50% improvement in my game. Very happy with that purchase!

Disclaimer: I used to play table tennis seriously for about 2 years more than 15 years ago in primary school. Back then I was using a Butterfly Primorac Fl OFF- blade. Since then I have never touched table tennis until I went for my overseas studies in Australia recently, where I tried a bunch of really cheap Chinese premades. This Joola racket is my first ever European one. Below is what I've typed out in my phone, one of many notes of the different premades I have tried, but all in the same format: *Update: I have since bought and used other custom carbon blades and can attest that this is a good blade with lackluster rubbers slapped on it (I've tried it with aftermarket rubbers). The best aspect I like about this blade is its impact feel- it mostly feels like a wooden blade. Control is also good as it isn't too bouncy and its repulsion to power ratio increases rather linearly, unlike how some inner carbon blades can be. Too bad its grip size is rather small for me :( Joola Infinity Overdrive (<SGD$65 on discount) Red- Joola Micron (Tier 1 spin, medium inverted pips) Black- Joola Micron (Tier 1 spin, medium inverted pips) Sponge- Dual Orange (Thick and cushy with soft compression and higher rebound at lower speeds) Blade- Nice weight (199g) and weight distribution, stable yet can be quick. Sharp edges come sanded down unlike those on cheaper Chinese premades. Response/feel is also improved. The combination of a kevlar carbon blade with thick, soft sponge gives quite an interesting sensation. Slightly on the slower and poppy side with high throw and better repulsion at lower impacts. Gameplay- Beginner-friendly gameplay with decent response and control, with easy placement of returns and acceptable drive/loop/flick capabilities. Let down by an almost total absence of spin, even when compared with the cheapest but positively reviewed Chinese rubbers with thinner, firmer sponges and shorter pips. The stock sponge's repulsion also cannot keep up with the impact from huge swings and bottoms out, resulting in a noticeable speed cap. *Note: The grip is slightly small at only 23mm thick vertically (grips commonly range between 22-25mm)

After getting used to the lively bounce, I've found this a nice responsive paddle - light in the hand with great shock absorbance and a satisfying sound. It's double black, so not competition compliant, therefore it's only worth getting if on sale. I got mine just over half-price which is a good deal for the quality! The rubbers are responsive and fast. The handle is a little shorter than average, so not suitable for large hands. Great bat though.
