The anklets are attractive and well made. However, what really wowed me was the exceptional customer service provided by MagnetRX. I bought two silver anklets to help with swelling in my ankles. When they arrived, although they fitted, they were a bit snug. A leaflet in the box explained that the company could be contacted for extra links, so I emailed MagnetRX. Within 10 minutes I had received a reply and despite the company being based in Michigan USA, and me living in East Yorkshire, I was offered free links sent without any P&P. I was told to allow 10 to 14 days for them to arrive, but they were here only 7 days later. I could not be more pleased. My next job is to insert the links but with the resizing tool provided and the ‘how-to’ video on the firm’s website I feel very well supported. I’ll update this post in a few weeks when I can review how well the anklets work but so far, I’m very impressed! 😊June 2023 update - I've been wearing the anklets, day and night, and can confirm that they work! My swollen ankles are so much better. I've been able to take out the extension links and am looking to remove another one. They anklets look good so I'm happy to wear them with cropped trousers. These aren't the cheapest magnetic anklets but in my opinion they are worth every penny!

I have weak ankles, having sprained both numerous times as well as severe tendonitis in my left ankle. Any amount of running, dancing or any impact activity and they cease up for a few days. These anklets are great cos they help relieve the pain I get after such activities quite quickly and help the stiffness that I experience in cold weather.The magnets are quite powerful and you can feel them pulsing around the area.Had to resize both anklets by removing a link but it was a fairly quick task.They look great and are stylish jewelry accessories too.

Good looking and comfortable to wear. Needed to contact seller for some extra links and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. Also I’m still waiting and hoping for my swollen arthritic ankle to reduce and become more comfortable.The extra links have arrived and are easy to fit.

Delivery prompt and well packaged. Good appearance and fit. Comes with extra links and tool. Not sure if it's working yet as only been wearing a week.

Very happy with ankle bracelets x2 and pain relief.. I have a neckles all ready but my chronic pain is in my feet and heels. over the years I have tried it all pain management NHS UK courses ,steroid in one heel to see if there was a difference ON.... many pain kills and pregabalin which was the best overall for all pain and sleep but Black box drug and did not want to be on for ever, but for some people it is a life changer. I can honestly say after 2 weeks the pain is MUCH MORE bearable and reduced , especially in the evenings and bed time . they are very comfortable and look good (cool) .I do not do reviews normally only if some one or thing deserves it and my time . The company is friendly and help full. this is my onist experience I have them on 24/7 and the joy of some ++ relief is great for me , hope this helps .all the best

I have no hesitation in recommending MagnetRX to any person seeking a product of this type. The product is well designed and the materials of the best quality. Having said that, it is the pre and aftersales service which have prompted me to write this review.I contacted MagnetRx prior to purchase with a general enquiry and received a comprehensive and helpful reply within a couple of hours.Subsequently I purchased two anklets which, once received, proved to be too short. I again contacted MagnetRX, and received another speedy reply, which promised that additional links would be sent immediately. The promise was kept and I received the additional links today at no additional cost to myself.A most excellent company to deal with.

Love this bracelet, it hasn’t stopped the pain in my knee, but there may be other issues causing the pain. Bracelet looks so nice.
