I haven't been using long enough to talk about health improvements, so far no side effects that i could notice either. Capsules are easy to swallow and everything else is fine.

This is a long term deal. It takes months or years for the body to show signs of how well it is reacting. I'm hoping the hype it accuratet about PQQ working with CoQ10. So far my health seems to be improving. Along with CoQ10 PQQ, I am also grinding Raw Organic Cacau Nibs into a powder and washing it down with water. Look up Raw Organic Cacao vids on YouTube, is looks like PQQ and Cacao are a winning combination.

Capsule is easy to swallow and gives me the energy I need to finish the day without keeping me up at night.

I have read that piperine can cause stomach distress. Personally, it gives me diarrhea. Even if I were to take another product with pipeine, it would probably give me similar gastric distress. I don't believe mitochondrial improvement can be measured, thus many people then think that this product doesn't work. I am putting faith into taking these supplements for what they were meant to help.

This supplement is supposed to give you energy and sustain heart health. As with most supplements, after taking them for some time, it is hard to tell if you're seeing any improvement. But I believe that this products has some benefit and I can feel a difference in my daily activities.

High quality, increases energy in mitochondria of cells. Better focus too.

We were advised to take both CoQ10 and PQQ so very nice to find them together in one supplement
