The USB 1.1 to 4 port serial (DB9, RS232) adapter operates as a bridge and provides an easy connection between one USB port and four serial ports. Each serial port can be independently configured into various synchronous and asynchronous interfaces, and users are able to operate two serial devices at the same time. Each port utilizes data buffers for upstream and downstream transmissions (over 1 Mbps transfer rate per port). Power management and remote wake-up compliant.
