These are far superior to barrel bolts. I used them to secure the plexiglass windo covers I built for my camper. They work wonderfully.

Simple to install, works everytime. Used with a gate on a deck to keep infant/toddler from falling down stairs. Combined with a spring loaded hinge door always stays shut now. Some more expensive options which do the same thing

Latch holds nicely,thought the barrel pin would ride over and set in the hole no success but not a big deal still works good

Good, well made clasp that i used for my attic, pull down stairs. The little shock absorbers that are supposed to hol the steps and door closed in the ceiling are dead so the steps just come down on their own... not any more.. lol

Holds the shed double door good and tight. Looks and feels sturdy. Will see how it lasts.
