Condition is as described. Well protected.Battery capacity has been renewed and is 100% which is a huge thumbs up from me.I wouldn’t call the colour of the phone Purple, more Lilac but this doesn’t bother me.Included was a lightning cable but more importantly a charging plug.All round excellence and value for money.

I don't normally leave reviews on my purchases, I generally leave it to the people who have received their item but downgrade it to 4 stars because they've taken it out of the box but not tried it out (probably should've gone straight to Ann Summers).Anyway, this phone was in really good condition with only very minimal signs of use on the outer edge (I should've expected more I guess but barely noticeable). It's a gift for our daughter who is of YouTube wannabe age, so the thought of spending a million pounds on the latest iPhone wasn't an option, certainly not for someone who is closing in on 50 and still doesn't own their own house 😉. I'm actually 45 😬We will try it out with different sims and connect it to the WiFi but I'm sure it will be fine, no need for the reduction of a star ffs!All in all we're pretty happy with a £425 purchase that will prevent our wannabe teenager from stealing mine and the missus' way of sexually communicating with each on the sofa 😄Justice has been finally restored 🙌Thanks 😊

Phone screen has no scratches looks brand newBack of phone again no marks looks brand newPhone screen is faulty it freezes or has no touch screen at allBattery last between 1-1.5 hoursHeadphone port when place headphones in it continuously says connecting turn on over and overConnected seller I was told to send the phone back for investigation, great however it’s 2025 we all live from our phones and someone whose uses their phone for PTSD and anxiety reason I can not be without one, I won’t be able to Leave my home or have any form of a life. I explained this and got no where I was happy to send the phone back if they sent out a new one not wait for repairs or repair log.Completely shattered every time I go I feel like I’m on a timer or something scared that it’s gonna dieThis will be the first and last time I buy a refurbished phone and especially on Amazon.I would be very happy to taken videos on a friends phone or neighbours. I would have been happy with a replacement and pick up service but nothing was offered.Charging capabilities charges quick don’t hold chargePhone as a whole package no scratches or marks / screen is dodgy in certain places mine half way up the screen and towards the right.iPhone ease of use if you had one before very easyValue for money no you’ll need to get a replacement quicklySize I believe it’s a normal so small compare to the large one but easy to hold if you shakes or need to hold it

I purchased the amazing quality one, and to my surprise, there were no scratches, faulty things or even glithes in the phone. Really recommend this phone and a great value for money!!!!!

The quality is great except for I can only use my phone on loudspeaker for a phone call because the top speaker doesn’t work properly, it’s extremely quiet, but the loudspeaker works fine and everything else works perfectly

Like new and 100% battery health

I've bought 3 pre-owned from Amazon over the last few years. This is the first phone that has visible damage to the corner. The screen and back are free of scratches.The phone also had dirt build up from the previous user's case. The dirt is around the charging port and the button to turn the sound on/off.I understand the damage to the top corner, it is second hand so can't expect no damage at all. But I am disappointed that they couldn't have cleaned the dirt off the phone. I'm wondering whether it's refurbished at all or they just reset the phone and box it for shipping?The other disappointing thing is, I thought it would come with a USB-C charger like all the IPhone 12's do and it didn't. It's just a regular charging cable, so now I will have to purchase one.I'm still to test it out fully, as will need to check the call quality etc. Overall the phone looks good, I'm just really disappointed that it wasn't cleaned properly.
