These were great.I was a bit nervous initially about the price since I had only had other soylent flavors, and couldn't find any single bottles of this recipe to order/try, but really wanted a new one to add to my rotation.It ended up being so worth it, though. These are my new favorite flavor. They taste like a dessert, while still being just as healthy and filling as the others. They're really great as a treat and to give yourself a nice little energy boost.

Gingerbread flavor, ok not very pronounced. Quite a high calorie count 330 for only 16g of protein. Think I'll stick with PP, I can have two for the same calories & 40g of protein.

I’m pleasantly surprised that after drinking this I actually felt satisfied with not eating for hours! Ensure didn’t help with curbing the appetite at all, but from this I went from 8am to 2pm without feeling hungry once! I’m on a pre sleeve diet (all liquids) two weeks before surgery and I’ll have the same diet post op for safety reasons. I am taking a liquid multivitamin to keep healthy but I needed an appetite suppressant that would give me a “not full but not hungry” feel and Soylent hits the mark! The gingerbread flavor is delicious and I can’t wait to order other flavors to ride out this month long liquid diet. I do wish it was cheaper but I understand that it’s probably not meant to be an all meal replacement so I am including other liquids and broths and such, I still need more than the 12pack per week since I’ll probably use Soylent twice a day sometimes, but so far so good! I’m going to get one more gingerbread flavor and two more of different flavors to get through my 2 weeks pre-op 2-4 weeks of post-op

I love these shakes! Best shakes I’ve found for my gluten free and lactose free needs. Taste is great! Price went up at one point so I stopped drinking them and tried another brand and that was bad. Price came back down so I’m back! I lost 8-9 pounds using these shakes before so I’m glad the price came back down!

Excellent product. No dairy, and great when partially frozen. Flavor is good. Price keeps going up and will eventually not be affordable.

I've tried a few flavors and this one leaves a little funky after taste, but after a little while you kinda get used it. I hate to be wasteful so I finished the entire 12pk.It was alright, but not on my top 3.
