Walker’s All-Butter Shortbread Rounds, Gluten Free Cookies - Individually Wrapped Cookies (Pack of 24) - Authentic Shortbread Cookies from Scotland

I'm a huge fan of these Walker shortbread cookies. My local TJX carries them around the holidays for around $7 a pack, even the gluten free ones. I tried to track them down during the Summer and found them on Amazon. The three flavors are delicious, especially the ginger ones. Unfortunately, the cost is exorbitant for just 9 cookies per each box.

After trying just one, I had to check the label to make sure it said Gluten Free. These are just as tasty as the regular Walker Shortbreads I used to love. Maybe these are a tad crisper but they taste just as buttery as the originals; they're melt-in-your-mouth good. Think I'll make a cuppa and have one. They're reeeally good.

These cookies live up to the Walker name and reputation for quality and flavor but they were all broken. I haven't opened every box of the 6 in the order but so far every cookie is not just broken but crumbled in many pieces and lots of crumbs. They are very good and buttery and I can nibble on them but not good for sharing with others. I could, otherwise give a 5 star rating.

Broken mess of crumbles. We love the taste of these cookies but the crumbled state of them makes sharing them with guests impossible. They are tasty and we would love to keep ordering them but we may find an alternative since the company puts such little importance on the condition of the cookies when they arrive here.

Delicious gluten-free cookies. However I was sent the wrong cookies and had a terrible time trying to get the correct cookies. They send you around and around in circles because they don't have program that can take care of this type of problem. They finally offered to credit me for what I was charged for the cookies, but for me to replace them would cost $5- 6 more because the price had increased. They would not send me a replacement. What a way to rip people off and what a waste of time to try to correct their mistake!
