TMobile Disaster - Don't Buy
T Mobile Disaster...Had ATnT and switched over to Tmobile and only receive 2G data plan. So don't buy if you have Tmobile this phone does not work in USA. Did all the tech support, went to tmobile store and nothing. I also have the same problem with my J7 Prime phone...only 2G data plan. Thanks Samsung for screwing me along with lousy comments on Amazon the phone worked on T-mobile. Followup (check the bands of this phone to your carrier and you will view why don't buy)

I will start by saying that it is a good phone BUT it appears to be meant for some other country and the charger is somewhat of a problem. It comes with an attachment to be used in U.S. and I always have to adjust the cable to make sure that the phone is being charged. Last night I just plugged in the the phone for charging and found out in the morning that it was not charged at all because I did not move around the cable to make sure that the phone is getting the charge. That is somewhat of a hassle and I may end up buying another charger for this.Another very minor issue is that phone has some foreign language app installed that I can not seem to uninstall.
